Overview

This analysis identifies more than 50 strategies for building community resilience and adapting to climate-change impacts such as extreme heat, flooding, wildfires, poor air quality, and rising food, water, and electricity prices. The study, produced by the Pacific Institute in partnership with the Oakland Climate Action Coalition, provides a detailed analysis of climate impacts, vulnerabilities, and adaptation strategies to inform the development of a comprehensive and equitable climate adaptation plan that can be implemented with the input of local communities.
